2Touch is an optical solution embedded into the frame around a flat surface.
Using 2Touch, the surface becomes a touch input device for any computer.
How it works:
Minute cameras located around a 2Touch enabled surface
detect the exact location of any object
approaching and touching the surface. The signal is used to communicate with a connected computer via USB.
Because 2Touch solutions are standard Human Interface Devices, no special drivers are needed when connecting one to any a computer. Anyone - guests and relief teachers included - can walk up to a 2Touch surface and use it with their computer, immediately. Obviously, this is a tremendous relief to support staff too!
Manufactured near you:
Because 2Touch solutions are integrated into the aluminium frame around a whiteboard, they are used by selected manufacturers in New Zealand and Australia to bring schools a wider choice of computer enabled writing surfaces, as well as custom options and closer support.
